E-mail address confirmation

On the page My account on the right to e-mail click on the “confirm e-mail” button. Open your e-mail and a message from PLACE.ge and follow the link for confirmation. After that on the page My account there will be written “e-mail is successfully confirmed”.


Mobile phone number confirmation

On the page My account on the right to phone number click on the “send a confirmation code” button. On your mobile phone you will receive SMS from PLACE.gewith a code, which you need to enter into Confirmation code field and to click on “complete confirmation”. Your phone number is confirmed.


If you can’t receive a massage on e-mail or mobile phone

In the section My profile please check that the information is correct and make changes if necessary. After making changes try again. If the information is correct and massage did not come, please contact our Support Hotline at +995 32 214 6677 (from 9:00 to 18:00), write on [email protected] or contact at our Skype address place.ge.
